Your techs are on jobs.
Riley answers the phone.
Most callers won't leave a voicemail — they just call the next shop on Google. Riley picks up every call you can't get to, books the job straight onto your calendar, and handles emergencies safely.

The biggest leak isn't 2am. It's Tuesday at 11am, when everyone's under a house or on a roof and the phone rings in the truck.
Your crew is busy working
When techs are on jobs, nobody can stop to pick up. That's when most calls slip through.
Most callers don't leave one
A homeowner with no heat won't wait for a callback. They hang up and dial the next number on Google.
Nights and emergencies too
Evenings and weekends still bring calls. Riley covers those as well — safely.
Three steps. No new habits.
Forward the calls you miss
Keep your number. Set call forwarding so calls you can't get to go to your own Riley line.
Riley has the conversation
She greets callers as your company, checks they're in your service area, and works out what they need.
The job lands on your calendar
She books it straight onto your calendar and routes it to the right tech. You get the details.
Built for how home-service shops actually run.
Service-area check
She confirms the caller is in the area you serve before booking anything.
Books onto your calendar
Jobs go straight onto your calendar — no sticky notes, no callbacks to schedule.
Only your set fees
Riley quotes only the fees you give her, like your service-call fee. She never makes up prices.
Emergency-safe
Gas smell or danger? She tells the caller to get out and call 911 and the gas company — and doesn't book.
Tech routing
Round robin, by skill, by area, or to whoever's on call — set up the way you dispatch.
Backup alerts
If a tech can't make it, backup alerts go out so the job doesn't fall through.
Callback requests
When a caller wants to talk to you personally, the request goes straight to the owner.
Day-before reminders
Customers get a reminder the day before their appointment.
Your own Riley
Each business gets its own Riley, its own number, and its own calendar. Nothing shared.
Some calls shouldn't be booked. Riley knows which.
If a caller describes a gas smell, Riley doesn't try to schedule a visit. She tells them to leave the house and call 911 and their gas company — right away.
- Safety first. Dangerous situations get safety instructions, not an appointment slot.
- No guessing. She sticks to what you've told her and takes a message when she's unsure.
- You stay informed. You hear about the call.
⚠ Emergency handled · not booked
No job falls through the cracks.
Riley routes jobs the way you dispatch — and when someone can't make it, backup alerts go out so the customer still gets their visit.
- Round robin to spread work evenly
- By skill — installs vs. repairs
- By area — keep techs on their routes
- On-call for nights and weekends

Listen to Riley
A 60-second clip is on the way. Can't wait? Call the demo line — she plays the receptionist for a made-up company, Ozark Comfort Heating and Air.
Straight answers.
Is Riley a robot? Does she tell callers she's AI?
Yes, Riley is an AI receptionist, and she tells callers she's an AI. She's friendly and natural on the phone, but we don't pretend she's a person.
What if a caller asks something she doesn't know?
She doesn't guess. She takes a message and passes it along so you can follow up. If the caller wants to speak with you, a callback request goes to the owner.
What if the caller is outside my area?
Riley checks the caller's location against the service area you set. If they're outside it, she lets them know instead of booking a job you can't take.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. You keep your number and use call forwarding to send the calls you can't answer to your Riley line. You can turn forwarding on or off anytime.
Will she quote prices?
Only the fees you set, such as your service-call fee. She never makes up prices or estimates.
Who is this for?
We're starting with HVAC companies in Arkansas, with plumbing and electrical to follow. If you run a home-service business elsewhere, reach out anyway.
Call Riley now and try to stump her.
Ask about a broken AC, a weird furnace noise, or whether she covers your town. Then let's talk about setting up your own Riley.
